Installed contractor grade geotextile fabric everywhere grass previously was, and 7" of Granular M gravel in 2 lifts, compacting after every lift. Then installed 1.5" of high-performance bedding material. Then laid Blu 60 Champlain Grey pavers and 0.75-1.5" River Rock. Finished off the interlock with Super Sand G2 polymeric sand to seal up the joints.

  - Description: Started by removing old flagstone and excavating 12" of fill/debris. Then laid contractor grade geotextile fabric under entire area where cement would go. Backfilled area with 6" of granular M gravel in 2 lifts, compacting between lifts. Laid out 10 mm rebar every 12" on center. Installed expansion joint on the house foundation and set forms around the rest of the pad. Then poured and finished 6" of concrete with a broom finish for what will eventually be an outdoor thermal spa.

  - Description: We completely demolished this inground pool for the client who wanted more yard and less maintenance. We started by removing the liner. jackhammering the coping and base for drainage and then cut and removed part of the metal liner so the customer could then backfill the area with fill and topsoil.
