> Phoebe helped us to redesign our basement into a space that we enjoy daily. We added a full bath and closet in order to make it a swing space for extra guests, even though it functioned daily as a family room.

> Phoebe went (and still goes) above and beyond. We hired Phoebe for design and build of our basement renovation in 2014.  She was great in all phases - endless patience with us during the design phase; always prompt and ready with explanations and recommendations, and no question was too elementary. She not only provided excellent designs but she then managed the build - on time and on budget. We had several house related issues that had nothing to do with the project - and Phoebe was always there to answer the call, source the vendor, or pester the contractor as necessary. Our renovation was done right and by the book. We were so pleased with the final product - she cares deeply about her clients and her work. We continually recommend her for both design and build, and would happily use her again.
