He is a superb developer; he has exceptional customer focus; vast "green building" experience, and he helped his community learn more about this concept.  His craftsmanship, and those he used as his team were awesome.  He goes far and beyond what we know other people have experienced in town home or condominium purchasing.  We continue to love our home; love the attention to detail he crafted, and he truly deserves a 5 star....no 6 star rating!  We will forever want to recommend Tony Marnella ..... he knows what he is doing, and really makes a purchaser feel he listens!  That means much.

## Community Q&A

**Q: Where is the sideboard under tv from** *(in Photo Questions)*

Where is the sideboard under tv from

A: Our stagers purchase from multiple sources so, I never know much about these details.  The stager that we worked with on this project is no longer in business.  I wish I could be of more assistance, but I don't know.

**Q: Where did you buy the wicker end tables?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: This furniture was purchased several years ago and was collected from a handful of outlets here in Portland.  I am sorry however, I don't recall where the designer found those end tables.

**Q: Siding reveal?** *(in Photo Questions)*

I like the wider look. What is the siding width?

A: We typically use 12" smooth Hardie lap on the 1st level and then transition to 8" or 6" on the 2nd level.  We like it because it breaks up the "big wall" look.

**Q: Can the kitchen be customized for those who don't like mismatch?** *(in Photo Questions)*

How much leeway is there for those who want their kitchen to be less mismatched and give the cabinets and countertops continuity? I'm not a fan of this fad. I like a more streamlined approach. I'd rather add in personality in accessories and my own furniture.

A: We allow our clients to stain or paint the cabinets however, they choose.  Some like creating a unique style for the island and others prefer, as you do, the uniformity of having the counter surfaces and cabinet finish be the same.  Either is fine.

**Q: headboard/footboard** *(in Photo Questions)*

the headboard/footboard feat in this photo are from Pier 1 Imports. This is the Shanghai collection (if I recall correction).  This was 'current' when I worked there in apprx 2007.

I'm not sure where the furniture was purchased. However, this is just furniture we move from home to home for staging and photos.
