> We were recently forced to terminate a contract with Chuck Miller Construction due to lack of management and a failure to complete work in a timely manner. I would urge anyone thinking of doing business with Mr. Miller to speak with clients from this last year or so, our project is only one in a string of failures. This builder used to be highly respected in our community but sadly times have changed. We hired Chuck Miller Construction to add a second store to our home, originally the job was planned to take 4 months but at the 7month mark we couldn't take any more. We are having to pay a different contractor to fix work that was done incorrectly. If you value your time, money or personal property hire someone else.

> Chuck Miller Construction completed the project, passed all required inspections, and was issued a Certificate of Occupancy by the building department. We withheld $1342.75 from our final payment request because we were waiting on a tile setter to finish the tile shower.  Our regular tile setter refused to work for the client and we were trying to find a new tile setter.  The client terminated our contract upon receipt of our final payment request.
