**Q: soft close doors** *(in Product Questions)*

do they come in soft close doors and are the door handles included?
Also are they sound proof?

A: Thank you for your note. These doors are designed for interior use. They can be customized to allow minimum sound and self closing mechanisms are also available. They are not however not designed to be used in sound studio environment.  Thank you and hope to be of service.

Can this door be made in a taller height? We need  90" doors.

A: Thank you for your note and interest. We can produce this door in necessary height up to 96"/ We would need the rough dimensions to determine exact height of the panel. Please contact us for all details. Thank you.

**Q: Are there construction details of stiles showing the panel thickness?** *(in Product Questions)*

I'd like to know the panel thickness and veneer thicknesses.  Also, the door sizes are all 1" smaller than typical door sizes.  Are the width dimensions the actual leaf size?

A: Dear Marc Pinard - Thank you for your note and interest. The thickness of the door 1.75" The panel is .25" or it can be laminated glass insert. Thank you.

**Q: Can you make a 35 1/2" wide X 80 inch long door in this style?** *(in Product Questions)*

We are removing a fire proof door from our garage into living space with a remodel that will now have a finished laundry room in part of the garage.  A new fireproof door will be added for the egress from laundry into garage . This is a nice look and allows like to pass thru. If you can make it, what would be the time frame and estimate? Thank you

The price on this door inclusive of laminated frosted glass, door panel, frame, trim moldings for two sides. mortise magnetic lock, pre-cut and ready for installation, concealed hinges - $989.00 at our factory. I am interesting in to order this type of door. Is it possible to order solid wood construction in antic white color? How much does it cost? And how long does it take?

A: Thank you very much for your interest in this door. This item is produced by a company Barausse in Italy and we no longer are able to process orders for them. They have a store in Miami please contact them directly.

**Q: Not quite a dilmma, but a solution.  Our bathroom project** *(in Design Dilemma)*

We redid the bathroom in our most requested room. The room with the best ocean view. We have a Victorian era Dutch Colonial home with 6 guestrooms. This past year, we replaced 4 sinks and had 2 showers updated and cleaned up. But for this room, we gutted the whole thing and started over. I'm thrilled with the result.
The paint color is Clark & Kensington Biscaya. We have the same color in our common area and love it.
The shower before was built with drywall walls and doorway type molding around the opening and felt very confined and claustrophobic. The new shower is no bigger, but will feel a lot cleaner and more open.
I like the marble vanity that has a Victorian feel, but is brand new. The toilet had been directly across from the sink leaving a great deal of unused space in a long, thin room. We moved it and though that took the most time, effort and $$$$, it was worth it.
