> In 2010 I hired Warner Builders to do a complete renovation of a loft for me.  All flooring was removed.  Kitchen including cabinets and appliances were replaced.  The entire plumbing system and most of the electrical system was replaced.

> Warner Builders has undertaken a total renovation of our 90+ year old family home.  While the first weeks have been much destruction, the construction is now visible and we have been impressed with the job so far.  The workers have been excellent and the communication good along the way.  The age of our historic home has presented a few challenges and we have seen our builder adjust and overcome gracefully.  Perhaps communication is the key to most building projects; it is surely critical, we feel, to success.  Mike Warner is accessible by both phone and email.  I love his "can do" attitude and his desire to do things right.  He has put us at ease stepping out of our comfort zone in this large venture.  Warner Builders has a long, distinguished presence in the Lexington area.  Our selection of Warner Builders  was based on a great reputation for quality building.  We have since  found the Warner team to be capable,  trustworthy, and just great people.  Much remains to be done before we move into our home, but we are glad to be working with Warner Builders.
