> DO NOT USE - Hired to build a zero grade shower, kitchen, and install washer/dryer.  The zero grade shower was probably the most important for a 90 yr old grandma,  the shower has a step and was told after weeks into demolishing that it needed a step due to the size of the shower. I had  had another electrician come out after electrical stopped working in bathroom, had 4 live wires in one outlet?  Ran water and electrical lines twice for washer n dryer since the plumbing wasn't done properly.  Spent thousands of dollars out of pocket to correct.  Brought it up when submitted the last 800 dollar invoice and got a certified letter for a lein judgement on my house 2 weeks later.  DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE!

> I contracted Design Works to fix a sagging floor in my vacation rental property. Upon initial inspection the repair was going to be somewhat minor in jacking up the house and reinforcing / sistering in other beams. Once involved in the project the problem turned out to be worse than expected and a whole bath had to be removed from my property just so they could get to the root of the problem. This resulted in essentially all 3 of my units in this building being unavailable while repairs were being made. Luckily they were not booked during those dates. But with the problem being worse than initially diagnosed, time was now of the essence as I had guests coming in less than two weeks that were booked into all 3 units. Jimmy and his team assured me they would have the place ready by the time my guests arrived and they did. While I was nervous through the process, they delivered. I cannot thank them enough as I would have had guests from out of country out of a place to stay at peak season and nowhere to send them. Design Works took my changed deadline and delivered without sacrificing quality. Their team worked late hours and weekends to meet my deadline. I'd absolutely use them again.

Jimmy, in my opinion, is first and foremost a true artist and most intuitive.

**Q: Can you tell me how did you get the electrical plates over the tiles?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The process is quite simple: The pattern is cut with an angle grinder and longer screws are used to fasten the outlet.

I cant really see this clearly in the picture but this device allows to charge devices with usb?

A: Are any of your Pop ups (PCS34) GFI rated and URL approved?

A: The floor is a 2'X4' limestone. We purchased from Marmol out of Miami.

A: The cabinets are made of Eucalyptus. Knothole Creations in Largo Florida.

What is the dimensions and cost of this island? Thank you!

A: If I remember correctly, 4'X8'. It's impossible to say exactly how much the total island cost but I do know the concrete countertop was $110 per s.f.
