She helped us navigate the permit process which was all new to us and was really just great to work with. Sally is a creative, out of the box thinker when it comes to the design, but then really goes toe to toe with the contractors during the bid sessions on the structural and construction methods aspects of the job. And when we started to get a little overwhelmed and lost, she brought us back to the basics: What were our priorities and goals? What did we want most out of the space? Sally gave us the option of doing as much as we wanted on our own, to save money, e.g. securing bids from prospective builders and applying for and securing permits. But as two busy professionals, my wife and I asked her to do it all, and she did. A construction project is stressful, but Sally was an excellent guide and supporter through the entire process, and our addition is fantastic. Exactly what we hoped for.
