Robert Sanders Homes offers both design and construction services in the Greater Houston Area. From the first meeting to the final walk through, we work with clients every step of the way to help make the process of building a custom home as worry-free as possible.
Robert Sanders Homes works personally with each client - communicating with architects, scheduling contractors, choosing finishes and handling financing. Because we manage every project, costs stay low, construction moves quickly and the quality of work is at the highest possible level.

•We have an in house registered Architect who can provide full design services. Alternatively, clients who already have an architect may choose to bring a design to us.

•From design to completion, we will have multiple progress meetings with each of our clients to discuss design, pricing, new ideas, changes to the project, material selections, etc.

•We will have periodic walk-throughs throughout the duration of the project with each of our clients to review the progress of construction.

Emails and text messages were always answered the same day or next day.  The design guidance provided by Heidi (Robert's sister), and Kevin (Heidi's architect husband) where priceless.

A: It is the Sloane Single Shop Light from Circa Lighting.

A: Hello, The stone countertops are soapstone and the wood countertop on the island is Walnut. Thanks for the question.

**Q: Where did you get the grey light from** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: Hello, that light fixture was purchased from a local antique shop in Houston by the interior designer. So, unfortunately I do not have a source for you to purchase the same light fixture.

**Q: Flooring stain color?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Can you please tell me the color the floor was stained in?  Thank you!

A: Thanks for your question. Unfortunately, it was a custom blend that we mixed on site and I do not have records of the exact mix.

**Q: Sizing info** *(in Photo Questions)*

Would it be possible to get the dimensions of the room and island? Wondering how much room there is in the aisles. Beautiful!!

A: The overall kitchen is about 14'-0" wide x 19'-0" deep. The island is 4'-9"x8'-10"  and the aisles on each side are about 4'-7". Thanks.

Was this floor manufactured or made piece by piece?

A: The tile floor was laid piece by piece. It is a combination of 10"x10" octagons and 4"x4" squares. We purchased the material from Materials Marketing. Thanks.
