We needed some repair work done to the soffits of our house. Peter proposed opening them up in places to see what's going on before deciding how to repair, and we put down a $1000 deposit for his crew to do so. The crew came and cut two holes in the soffit, but the crew didn't want to do so much overhead work and Peter stopped being responsive after. Now I have two holes in my soffit, and they won't even give me back the deposit. They spent a total of an hour at the house.
