> Keith has done an outside tile porch, a brick walkway, installed some new outside doors, and a new drive way for us. He is very punctual and reliable. His estimates are very thoughtful and do not go over what was anticipated. He has very creative design ideas that are also practical. His subcontractors also do a good job and are reliable. He also did a major kitchen renovation for relatives; their finished room is fabulous.  He is also a very nice person and is easy to reach and communicate with. We have always had the best luck with him; he has a key to our house for any major issues that come up. We have not had any negative experiences with him over the years.

> Keith renovated the kitchen and a bath in our 1912 Central Gardens home. Both required extensive demolition and rebuilding. His sub contractors were on time, neat, and did excellent work! We could not figure out a new layout for the kitchen-what we had was ok, but awkward. He brought in several ideas-we picked the one we loved! He asked us if there was anything we would have done differently after living with the kitchen for a year. We can honestly say that we love the kitchen even more than we did when we first finished it!
> Keith has also overseen several more "minor" projects (refinishing all of the floors upstairs and down, and repairing plaster and roof leaks.) He is always either right on or under budget. When he says he will be here at 8am, he is actually here at 745. You will not be disappointed!

A: It is brick tile with white grout added to look like lime wash

Is the brick just painted or also mortar rubbed/painted?

A: This finish is done by using a rough brick and "Flush" cutting the mortar (not raking or adding any joint). Then we just paint with a good exterior paint.

A: That paint color was chosen by the home owner and their designer.  It went through so many "tweaks" that I'm not sure if it can ever be mached.
