> I purchased a full suite of Thermador appliances in December 2020 and I am STILL waiting on the dishwasher. Every month I'm told it will be in the following month. Delivery date was scheduled for July 2021 — still waiting 1 year later. Not acceptable!  I even said I would take any model they could give me.

> We built a house and selected all Thermador appliances for our kitchen. We purchased the Freezer, Fridge, Dishwasher, 48" Harmony Range (all gas), and hood. We spend a fortune. We enjoy and have not had any issues with the freezer, fridge, dishwasher or hood but the 48" Pro Harmony Range has been a nightmare. When we started using it we noticed that all the food was burning. But, it was only burning the food that was located closest to the back of the oven. We'd preheat the oven, wait for the pre-heat light to go off, even wait several minutes past that time, pop in a frozen pizza, and it would burn the 1/2 of the pizza towards the back of the oven while the area of the pizza closest to the oven door still had raw cheese. This happened with bread, cookies, cupcakes, brownies, anything we put in the oven. Half of our food was burning. I had multiple service calls and they could never fix it. Finally, a service technician from Thermador came out and saw all the photos and said there is nothing they can do to fix it. He told me that "it's the nature of the beast" to cook inconsistently and burn food at the back. Seriously, this is what is expected from their Pro Harmony 48" all gas range? He said it's the way they are designed in the all gas model that the heating element does not distribute the head consistently causing the unacceptable results we were having when using the oven. I asked him where in the user manual did it state that this particular model would burn the food due to inconsistent cooking. It's not printed in the manual. He explained that the dual fuel (gas top burners and electric oven) model would not create the burning effect like their all gas model does. Thermador agreed to swap my "inconsistent cooking" range out for their Dual Fuel model.......however they are going to charge me thousands more to have an oven that won't burn 1/2 of our food!! Unacceptable. If this burning is typical for their all gas range, that should be stated in the user manual and product description to inform people BEFORE they decide to purchase this model. We've had to use this range that burns 1/2 of food for 10 months, and this is how they want to "resolve" it? Very disappointing.

There is a great promotion on right now and we are looking for a range and hood and need to make a decision asap for a new home. We had decided to go with Thermador because we would save so much. Is it really as horrible as the reviews I've been reading?
