He listened well to what we had in mind, brought back three basic concepts for us to choose from, then proceeded for the final hardscape layouts and planting plans. During the construction phase, Andy checked in regularly on progress, worked well with our contractor, then hand-picked our landscaping plants at the supplier.  He then coordinated the placement of all plants with our contractor, making necessary tweaks to the plans to allow use of several of our existing plants we decided to keep.  We would highly recommend AJW Landscape Design for your project, ranging from reworking of your current landscaping up to a full new design of lawn and landscaping beds to compliment your new house and neighborhood!

> Andy was very professional, but easy and fun for us to work with. In July we toured our front and back yards, discussed what worked and what didn’t work for us. Andy drew up four different landscape plans that included a new concrete walkway. We received the sample plans in a  timely manner.  We were able to select features we liked from the four plans and to make a few suggestions for a final plan.
>     The concrete work took a while to complete so we didn’t get to plant until the following spring. Andy stayed with us the entire way and stopped by a few times at our request. In the spring he got the plants for us wholesale and they, too, were delivered in a timely manner. We then hired a firm to do the planting and had the whole project done by May, 2018. The front yard looks completely different and old friends have to take a second look to make sure they are at the right house. We would certainly recommend AJW Landscape Design.

They wanted a place to party and they got it with large Mega-Arbel paver patios in the back, a fire pit, and beautiful plantings. Stringing lights around the patios makes for a great setting. Decomposed granite paths connect provide circulation around the whole house. And drought tolerant plants are easy maintenance and help tie in the look they wanted.
