It was pretty close to what we asked for. Just a couple of tweaks and Tony revised the plan with our joint ideas > > Irrigation: > The whole yard was filled with pipes and drainage and now that it has rained extensively we had the chance to confirm that everything works great. The sprinklers are all automatic and we use our phones to turn them off and on with the rainy weather > > Hardscape: > Concrete work looks amazing! Timeless and functional. Fresh paint on the whole yard fence and 2 new gates. > > Plants: > We spent a good chunk of the day at a nursery with Tony where he recommended plants and trees. We agreed on an initial list and everything was planted. It's been about a 1/2 year and so far things are still looking good. The plants are small so they will need a few years to grow still. Of all of the people we spoke with, he was the only one who truly listened to what we were asking for, provided pricing for it, and even provided other ideas for areas we were unsure of. We had wanted a patio cover, 100% built-in, attached to the house, with a matching tile roof. Tony was the ONLY one who drew up and provided us with that option.
