> Very happy with the product. From initial contact to designing and installation, all of the California Closet "crew" were great, very helpful and professional. This is the third closet I have put in and I plan to install in my two remaining closets in the future. Already recommended to some of my friends. Now that I have had the chance to organize and put it to use I love it even more. They get a big, thumbs up from me.

**★★★★★ — Rachel Baum, Dec. 2020**

> The California Closet designer really listened to me. She had great suggestions for how to make the closet fit my needs. When California Closet sets up a schedule, they make sure that all the pieces come together in the most timely and efficient way possible. The installation was seamless and the final result is even better than I could have hoped.

> We are truly enjoying our new closet! The planner, Katherine, was great to work with, and the two young gentlemen that did the installation were very punctual, polite and cleaned up after themselves. Overall, we had a very good experience with California Closets and look forward to possible additions to the closet in the future.

> This is the second time I have worked with California Closets and I was just as happy with this experience as I was with the first! I have worked with them to build a pantry (May '14) and now a walk-in closet. Everyone I worked with in the company was extremely professional. The designer was especially patient with me as I continued to adjust the design plan for my closet. He listened well and I truly felt that he was committed to creating a closet for me that would exceed my expectations while staying within my budget. The suggestions he made excellent and in the end, I have a closet (and a pantry) that I absolutely love! I highly recommend California Closets of Latham!

**Comment from California Closets - Albany/Syracuse:**

> Closets and pantries are things we love to design! Here's another space that we often do...mudrooms!

**★★★★★ — hjmeyer5, March 2015**

> My husband and I are very pleased with the recent install in our Vermont vacation home. It was a pleasure to work with Kendall during the design process. The 3-D program she worked with showed us exactly how the closets would look and function well before the install. Our installer arrived on time and finished the job sooner then expected. California Closets is a excellent company with a quality product.

**Comment from California Closets - Albany/Syracuse:**

> The whole team at CA Closets was terrific. We have used CA Closets in Manhattan twice before and it was wonderful to have the same first class experience in another location. They were sincerely interested in our requirements. Scheduling was without hassle. Very helpful with suggestions and design alternatives. The installer was efficient and neat. Perfect experience all around. Recommend them highly and would certainly use them again.

> California Closets provides outstanding service, craftsmanship and support. We have had several projects completed in our home and have always been more than pleased with the results. The increased storage space and functionality have added tremendous value to our home. We highly recommend the California Closet company in Albany!

**Comment from California Closets - Albany/Syracuse:**

**★★★★★ — kjcurtin, Sept. 2014**

> My family has used California Closets-Albany for 3 separate projects-an entertainment center, a child's bedroom closet unit, and a full wall garage shelving unit. Our experiences with Sean and his staff have been fantastic each time! With each project, Sean paid close attention to our needs and was able to create a plan that was well within our budget and, when finished, beyond our expectations. I also have to add how impressed I was with his install crew- polite, professional, and clean. At the end of the day, you would never know they were there. I recently sold a house in a difficult real estate market and the buyers mentioned one deciding factor was the California Closet upgrades to our bedroom, family room, and garage. My wife is already looking for opportunities in our new house to upgrade with California Closets!

**Comment from California Closets - Albany/Syracuse:**

> Thanks for the fantastic review. We were so pleased with how this project turned out.
