The total came in about 11% over, mostly due to upgrades and one or two unforeseen issues with the flooring and codes. Louis and Kyle hold the subcontractors accountable for quality perfection. Is there a rule of thumb about how high off the counter the light fixtures should be? Sandra A: Nichole you are 100% correct regarding the end user and specific fixture selected.
