> I did not work with any one person.  I ordered some ledger stone products from Builders Surplus.  The lady placing the order had no clue what she was doing so she asked another person for help.  He had to go find some information but returned a few minutes later.  Between the two of them they got the order placed.  I paid and the lady said thanks as she gave me the change and she just stood there.  So I asked when might the order arrive and she did not have an answer but the other employee said two weeks. Well two weeks passed and no stone, week three I called for the second time and was told the order was placed on a certain date but my receipt was dated 10 days earlier.  He was confused but said they should arrive in a few days.  I called back a few days later and was told they were still not in but would arrive in a couple of days.  So week 4 I called back and the system shows they are ordered but really they have no idea what the delay is but they will check and call me back. Going to give this a few more days and then I'm just going to get my money back and go somewhere else. If they have it on the floor it's generally a good price if they need to order it I would go somewhere else.

What is the best way to care for granite counters in the kitchen, especially cheap granite, the kind you typically find in Irvine Company Apartments.
