  - Description: A Michael Troyer designed (Stewart Silk Architects) home located on the shores of Lake Washington. Working closely with client and architect produced a truly collaborative final product that everyone would agree was stunning.

  - Description: This was an update to a sunroom that had major door issues. There were five sliding glass doors and one old back exterior door occupying the small room. I had to rethink things and come up with some creative solutions that wouldn't involve major construction. What I came up with was a carefully thought out design plan that utilized readily available products and materials keeping the budget low but impact high.

Starting from the ground up I needed to make some upgrades to a rental property that would provide for the demands of the client needs but with out making large investment or major changes to a space that was only temporary. Furnishing solution and well thought out space plan along with simple updates to the lighting made for a space that feels anything but temporary.
