We worked closely with Richard throughout the process. Richard was thoughtful in his approach and listened to us closely along the way to incorporate the features we wanted in the home. Also, Element 5 worked closely with us on value engineering when the original cost estimate came in over budget due to the overheated construction industry in Austin.
