Aquilla Homes was established in 2002 by owner and founder Barry Nephin, drawing on more than 15 years of experience in the housing industry and a simple belief: there had to be a better way to build a home.
From the beginning, Aquilla Homes has focused on doing things differently working closely with each customer to create a home that reflects their needs, lifestyle, and budget. We believe a custom home should be more than beautiful; it should be thoughtfully designed, carefully built, and a great place to live for years to come.
