The last 2x I had them scheduled to come out it has been upsetting. In the spring they were over an hour late and asked me questions on how to start the sprinklers. Very odd I hire them to work the sprinklers and they were the one who shut them off but had a problem restarting them. I called last Monday to let them know I had 2 broken pipes underground and 2 heads that needed fixed. I was told they could not come out until Friday. The time frame I was given 3:30-5:30pm. I called at 4:00 pm to make sure they were coming, I called at 5:00 pm to make sure they were coming and even sent an email to their confirmation email. I called at 6 pm and said I was no longer waiting. No response. They never showed up. Didn't even get a sorry call or excuse why the following week. Guess they don't need and don't appreciate the business. Shop around. **★ — Emma Lomax, Aug. 2016** > Unfortunately this business disappointed me in the worst way possible. We hired them to install sprinkler system on our lawn. We have a pretty big yard with beautiful mature trees or so we had. After their installation last year one of the gorgeous trees lost its leaves in the middle of the summer. However at that time we didn't think much of it. Comes spring this year and this tree is dead and the one next to it that is a protected tree by the village that we reside at. It has a historical value and unfortunately after their sprinkler system installation it is almost dead. After we realized what happened I called the business with no answer from them. I left numerous messages for the owner and he did not even have decency to contact me. After my last attempt where I did inform him I would write a review he sent a text to my husband with one sentence saying that he didn't feel like it was his fault and that we have to prove that it was caused by his workers. I was ignored and left with a bill to pay for the tree removal, stump removal, install of new sod and no tree that is hard to put a price on. This was an amazing project for a little girl named Daniella who was diagnosed with stage 3 neuroblastoma cancer. Daniella was not able to play at any parks or swim at public pools due to her condition. Working with Ahmed Hassan from HGTV Yard Crashers we designed an outdoor living space that was conducive for Daniella's new lifestyle. > Over 60 national contractors like Magic Irrigation provided their professional services all the way from Chicago, IL. Mike paid for his own flights, hotels, and rental cars. He also spent thousands of dollars of his own money to provide materials that was above and beyond the project. Magic Irrigation initially flew down to handle the landscape lighting for the project. Due to contractor issues, Mike took control of the irrigation and managed both projects single handed. He also bought all of the extra material needed to finish the irrigation portion of the job. > Not only did Mike do an amazing job, he never cut corners. He put sprinklers in to keep the artificial turf cool. I tease him to this day about putting in a remote control device for the irrigation system. (Who needs a remote control for their irrigation system?) I'm still SMH about that one.
