They were an hour and a half late, but did text me about this. They were very pleasant and gave me color suggestions for my kitchen cabinets and walls throughout my downstairs. They also provided names and phone numbers for an electrician, Brandon Ingle, owner of COBRA Electric, as well as a painter/carpenter/drywaller named Tito. Both men came to review my project and provided reasonable estimates. Brandon returned to do the electric work as promised and was professional as well as delightful. He will return to install a light when the other work is completed. Meanwhile, Tito was a no-show three weeks in a row. After several texts and phone calls, I recontacted Sunshine for help. She offered to contact Tito, and indeed returned my call to say she had left a message for him to call her, at which time she would call me back. You guessed it --- I have not heard from either Tito or Sunshine. Brandon the electrician called me to ask how the project was going and I advised him of my dilemma. He immediately contacted another company on my behalf to handle my project. Bravo to Brandon! Would I recommend either Shine Design or Tito?
