> Do not waste your hard earned money with Brookfield Residential. They will take your earnest money and never make the house. This was supposed to be our first home. We went under contract 193 days back. We were told that the maximum time to finish the house would be 6-7 months. Still, there is not even a finished roof and the drywall would be weeks to months away. For the last 6 month, we went to the house every week, and inevitably returned disappointed. They kept making excuses every time we met them. During one stretch, the builder admitted that NO ONE entered the house for 85 DAYS. Many other single family homes have broken contract because of extreme delays.

> Over time, it was clear to us that we not get the house in foreseeable future and continue to pay for the rent unnecessarily. We decided to look for other options. The builder refused to return our earnest money, which was almost 10% of our downpayment, leading to a significant financial loss. The builder said they wouldn’t return the money even if something terrible was to happen to us.

> Basically, even though the delays are from the builder’s side, they will bully the buyer. Do not put your time and money into this builder. Don’t make the same mistake we did.

I love these cabinets!  Can you tell me what color/style they are?  I'm currently building a brookfield house!

A: Congratulations on your new Brookfield Home.  The Signature 4 model cabinets are walnut with Cabot Walnut stain and Slab style doors.

A: Thank you for your interest in the Freestyle Two.  The paint color is CL2782 Corduroy.

**Q: Love the tile and the pattern on the floor & shower** *(in Photo Questions)*

Are you able to tell us the tile names on each the pattern on the floor? We have been searching for such beautiful warm browns.

A: Hello Brandy,

Thank you for your interest in the Passive House.  The Master Bath floor is Dal Paredon Andes Gray, large format, set in Versailles Pattern.  The Master Shower tile is 16"x24" Camargo Limestone, installed Vertical Stack to the ceiling.

A: The wonderful bar stools are from Restoration Hardware's Madeleine Collection.

**Q: What is the size of your shower** *(in Photo Questions)*

I am doing a master bedroom addition and am curious of the size of your shower. Our master bathroom is the same shape. Thank you.

A: The shower in the master bath is approximately 63"x70" with a 16" deep bench.

**Q: who makes the cabinet below the painting?** *(in Photo Questions)*

A: The cabinet is a one of a kind, from T-Trove in Denver, CO.  Please let us know if you are interested in purchasing the piece.
