The project involved several contributors from a designer to specify a stand on the roof for the heat pump, a metal worker to craft the stand and railing, carpenters to increase the joist height, seal and insulate the attic and the mechanical contractors who installed the heat pump. Tiziano juggled everyone's schedule and kept us informed of when work would happen. The Leonardo team clearly take pride in their work and put in the extra effort to do a good job, both in building a solid, sound structure and finishing it nicely. His team were conscientious about covering the floors in the living area while they were here and tidying up at the end of each day. Unanticipated issues arising during construction were minimal due to Leonardo Construction’s knowledge and expertise in local residential construction. He kept us on schedule, ensuring the many decisions we needed to make regarding fixtures, cabinetry, flooring and other details were resolved to keep us on schedule.
