> Ankur is extremely professional and accommodates the customer.   The showroom is a like an art gallery the selections are so beautiful and well arranged.  Mary assisted me and she was wonderful. > Thank you Mary Viera and Ankur International for one of the best experiences in finding the perfect stone for my countertops.  I did my homework and shopped around to various companies and by far, Ankur, and their staff, were at the top of my list.  Mary had originally escorted me to their warehouse and explained the various stone material, made suggestions and answered my questions; no matter how repetitious I may have been; and doing so with good humor and a smile.  Ultimately, I requested the opportunity to search on my own.  She suggested that I take photos of the slab and the description on the side of it.  No pressure, no sales pitches; just pure interest in making sure that I was satisfied with my selection.
>      I would like to add, the facility is very neatly organized and easy to maneuver so that you could look over your choice.  Their selection outshines its competitors.  Their drivers are courteous and very safety conscious.  After the experiences I had at other facilities, this was definitely impressive to me.
>      The first place I went to was Ankur, Intl.  Being new to this type of renovation I felt compelled to shop around for the best price and shopping experience.  After four weeks of searching, I returned to Ankur, Intl.
>     Mary Viera is the sales associate who helped me put it all together.  At her insistence, after I found the stone I wanted, she asked the outside driver to pull out the three similar slabs so that I can see them all to be sure and happy with the selection process.  Andre, who was the forklift driver, was equally as pleasant and very patient in moving these giant slabs for my review.

> I was referred to go to this store by a contractor I am working with to remodel my kitchen. The moment we entered the store, the girl sitting at the front desk first told me, they will be closing in 20 min, then gave me a form to fill up about my personal information like name, phone number email address, home address. I don't understand what kind of practice is this, without looking at your product why you want to collect my personal information, I may not want to move forward doing any business with you after looking at your product, price or customer service.

> The worst customer service I have ever experienced. The girl was not helpful, not willing to show or explain about the products, did not have a clue.  She took me to a warehouse at the back that was not even lit properly and was expecting me to pick!  I  was looking at a granite slab while she asked what is my budget, and that those were exotic granite, hinting I may not be able to afford it!  If their sales have this terrible customer service and clueless reps... I don't even want to imagine what kind of craftsmanship and support they will have for their product.  I will never recommend anyone to go this place.
