I interviewed a number of architects but the decision to go with Elisabeth was easy. We got along from the first moment we met. She took the time to really listen to what we were trying to accomplish with the renovation, what we needed functionality wise from our space and what we wanted aesthetically. She then jumped in immediately with wonderful ideas of her own. I was so impressed with her enthusiasm and nature ability to take a space in and see how to make it the best it could be. > > We worked together to develop a detailed and well designed master plan for the project - which was substantial. The project involved reworking a staircase, a completely new kitchen, 3 full bathrooms, reworking structural elements, enhancing lighting throughout, floor work, a new HVAC system, adding storage, an AV system and redoing out entire backyard. Both family and friends agreed that the new kitchen design reorganized the former multiple, separate, adjacent spaces into great room centered on the act of cooking that is open to gathering on either side.
