Aside from the quality of the work done and the fair price, the other driving factor is communication. Johnny is very plugged in with his clients, and very accessible. Throughout the entire process he explained what work was going to be done that day, he checked in frequently to give updates and make sure I was happy, he explained any delays or surprise issues thoroughly. If I didn't talk to Johnny I spoke with the job foreman. I always knew what was going on, they told me what they were going to do and they did it within the time promised.
