> Jude was referred to me by my realtor. I was moving my mom into a senior facility and was faced with downsizing, the move, and preparing her house to sell. To complicate matters, I live more than an hour's drive from the house. The shower stall in one of the bathrooms in her house leaked and needed to be repaired.  I was prepared for a full replacement of the shower stall and new tile all around. I was impressed that Jude explored the lower cost options of replacing just the pan and that he furthered my earlier search for matching tile. As it turned out the damage was too extensive for a simple pan replacement. Jude's price to replace and re-tile was reasonable, his time-line for the work was made in consideration of our pending open house. Most of all, Jude stayed in touch with me through out the process. He was easy to contact and returned calls promptly. He also pitched in and helped me with other minor tasks that needed to be done. I highly recommend him!

## Community Q&A

**Q: DId you enclose an alcove with drywall for chest of drawers?** *(in Photo Questions)*

Question: Before you inserted the built-in drawer unit, how did you finish the area where the chest was installed? 2x4s and drywall or plywood box? Thank you. Also, wrapping insulation prior to insertion to keep the cold air from coming in when you open a drawer, is brilliant.

A: I placed timber runners on floor to support the chest and the opening was framed for securing the dresser, there was no space for framing being so close to roof
