> Keith Usry built a 1,200 SF ADU for us in Clairemont. He took over after our first contractor couldn’t get the plans approved and took forever to make edits. He made changes to the plans that even helped reduce the cost of construction. He was great to work with, honest and very knowledgeable. We passed all inspections and completed construction in 6 months even with Covid delays for materials. I highly recommend.
