We not only enjoy working on new construction projects, but have a great deal of experience in the remodel and renovations of older homes in the Sugarhouse and Salt Lake areas. > Designyourbasement.com was hired to design a second story addition in the sugar house area of Salt Lake City, UT. Once the design was complete they asked us if we could refer a builder in the area. After interviewing six potential candidates, I found Jared and Gordon at Catalyst Custom Builders. In my thirty years of design and construction, these guys are the best of the best. My clients loved their results, they commented on how pleasant they both were to work with and the final result is astounding!  I have found both Jared and Gordon to be honest dependable gentlemen with a kind soul and a passion for construction. It was a true gift when I flew in to visit my clients after they had completed their addition, to be sitting at their dinner table in the newly renovated main floor and hearing of what a wonderful experience they had, it was the best feeling ever.
