For John Barcelona, President of Chestnut Homes, its never been about just selling homes or office condominiums. On the residential side of our business, John has always focused on carefully constructing homes, brimming with amenities, on unique pieces of property. The focus is on creating an environment that families will love calling home.

Several thousand happy homes later, John Barcelona achieved his lifelong dream of building and developing his own communities when, in 1996, he created Chestnut Homes, Inc., which is located in Burr Ridge, IL. In addition to developing communities in the Chicago suburbs, the company is also building custom homes in Bluffton, SC., just outside beautiful Hilton Head Island.
