> I have never been able to say that a service provider exceeds my expectations. I can say that enthusiastically about Palo Alto Builders. Sassan and his team are qualified, professional and responsive perfectionists. They rebuilt my pool house, repaired my fences, painted multiple rooms (walls, ceiling, and trim), and fixed multiple broken things in our home (plumbing, windows, etc.) over the course of a few weeks. They were here everyday at 8am on the nose. And for the first time in well over a decade, I was so pleased with a service provider's work (this was the first time I used Palo Alto Builders). Every single one of their team members appears to take great pride in the quality of his work - so much so that I did not have to ask for anything to be redone or done differently. That is rare in this area given how other contractors want to just get done with jobs and move on to the next one. I will hire Palo Alto Builders for any and every project I need done. In my experience, no one else comes close to their delivery of quality and value.

> PA Builders transformed our country bathroom into something sleek and contemporary. The toilet was moved, the tub removed and replaced with a walk-in shower on the opposite wall, they installed a skylight and added new tile floors and walls. We also had them install a greywater system. It feels good knowing water from the shower & washing machine are keeping our plants alive. Even with having to replace quite a lot of dry rot, they completed the job in 15 days.
> The company stayed within  the original quote, showed up everyday, 8:00-4:00, sealed the hallway with plastic to keep the dust from entering the other rooms of the house and cleaned up before leaving each day.  Sassan was always available to answer questions and open to hear & deal with modifications. The crew is approachable, courteous, trustworthy  and their workmanship is top notch.
