King Custom Homes is owned and operated by Michael King, a life long resident of Bryan/College Station. A graduate of A&M Consolidated '01 and Sam Houston State University with a major in Construction Management. 

After graduating, Michael worked for a few different local builders where he learned hands on, every aspect of the building process and learned each part of home building. In 2011 he worked for a large nation wide builder for 3 years before deciding to start building on his own. 

During that time he got married to his wife Christian and started their family. They now have 3 wonderful boys Tyler, Hudson, and Cooper. Family is what inspires and motivates Michael every day.
