> We had a great experience with Laurent and Andrew. He responded immediately to our request for a quote to repair our front porch, with a quick onsite evaluation and a detailed layman’s explanation as to what he suggested to fix our prob. He gave as an immediate verbal quote explaining that it was a worst-case scenario and the project would most probably cost less. He then looked at some problems we were having with our porch, told us what was wrong and agreed to discuss the whole project at a later date.
> After waiting patiently for some weeks for us to get back to him, he came right away and completed the agreed-on repairs and improvements in less then three days and to our complete satisfaction. In addition, realizing that we were quite a bit under budget, he went ahead and made the immediately needed repairs to our back porch.
> In the end, the complete job cost significantly less than the original quote.
> Laurent is a friendly and very honest person, a very competent and fair contractor. Andrew is very quiet and a great worker. In short. We are very pleased and satisfied with the work and the price.
