We were looking passively for a potential property to set up as a rental for a family member. Out of the blue we found a place we loved. Turned out they were taking offers in three days, so we had to move quickly! Elsa quickly set up a report with the listing agent and got good insights into what would make the offer compelling. Then we discovered there was an offer coming in early, and we wanted to get in early as well! On super short notice Elsa crafted a strong offer. There was some back and forth with the sellers during which Elsa gave us excellent advice which put is in a good position of leverage. In the end we got the sale at a price we were really happy with (saved us at least $20k). Elsa was a rock star! She glean critical insights to help the offer, gave good advice along the way, and really hustled to close the deal! And, she's just an all around awesome person to boot!
