> We had a vacant house for sale. We initially decided to virtually stage the house because it cost less money. We had many showings as a result but no offers.

> While the house was good quality, people that came to see the house was drawn to the small imperfections and the small bedrooms in particular.

> We then thought we needed to cut the price, we did, and we had even more showings but continued to get the same feedback and no offers.

> We eventually came to the conclusion that staging the house while more expensive than virtual staging could help people visualize the home better.

> We reached out to several stagers. Joan at Stage right was awesome from the beginning. First, we love their style as it appeals to many buyers and they find ways to fit the style of the house. Second, they responded quickly and professionally to inquiries. They set proper expectations and followed through with them. They did exactly what they said they would do. Third, their pricing was reasonable and in line with other stagers.

> The house was staged on Tuesday. We had 4 showings that Thursday. After being on the market for over three months, we received two offers. A third offer came the very next day from a showing that occurred on Friday.
