He is not interested in cutting corners but in delivering a high-quality pool as evidenced by his prior work. Pool building is not easy in South Carolina. There are a lot of moving pieces. We had never built a pool before and I was quite nervous at the start. Michael walked us through the process step by step. He was always honest and patient in answering all our questions. Building a pool requires a lot of permitting in Mount Pleasant and Michael knows the process and how to get your permits in a timely manner. This is very important. Another quality about Michael is his creativity. His pools are beautiful. No two are alike. Michael takes great pride in designing a pool that meets your needs. Thank you Michael for our pool. Not only were they hard working and fast yet accurate, they let our 3 very young children watch some of the fun stuff like the concrete pour and the plaster spray, which is quite irrelevant to the quality of the work, but illustrates how they're good, kind people on top of being so highly skilled. Mike was readily available when we had questions (we had a lot) and guided us every step of the way from the initial concept when we had no idea what would fit or where to put it, all the way to how to use the phone app for adjusting the water temperature after the project was completed.
