> We spent $21,000 with these folks on a rewiring. They did most of the job well. However, we have consistently had the power turn off at least 5 hours a day. We gave called them probably 15 times to fix things but no one ever either shows or responds. Very poor job service. We are stuck right now and are left no where to go.

> I had scheduled an a/c tune-up a month ahead of schedule appointment which was today-06/26/24.  I received confirmation of arrival between 10:am - 1:00 p.m.   I then got a call scheduling todays appt. for mid August 2024 due to other emergencies.   I informed them of my a/c not functioning properly and for them to keep my long waited appt.   Wirenut rep. informed me of an additional $49 charge on top of $79.  I then cancelled their service and will not deal with them ever again.   I will not recommend their service to anyone!  I then scheduled with another a/c company on this date for service 0n 07/01/24.   Wirenut is out to get you for for anything they can .  I have never dealt with a phony company like this.  Good luck and heads up!
