The workmanship was first rate, and the crew was respectful of our home and our property. Hermelindo is an artist when it comes to deck construction--every detail was done expertly, from the substructure to the railing alignment. We had tired of constant maintenance on our old wood deck, and the composite TimberTech deck not only looks great, but we know that we will get years of enjoyment out of it! I couldn't recommend Carolina Decks more highly. **★★★★★ — Crystal Hampton, July 2019** > Cant say enough about the job Carolina Decks did for us!! > Luke and his team of guys replaced our deck in 2 days with new composite decking. The quality of work and the level of professionalism was beyond what you normally receive these days. I highly recommend using them for any of your decking projects.....regardless how big or small! **★★★★★ — Cheryl Pfeiffer, July 2019** > If I could give Luke 10 stars, I would! We had a very unique deck project that we wanted done and Luke was awesome! There were some major setbacks with permitting - on our end, not his - and he was an incredible support to us through that whole process. He made changes - big and small - when we requested them and also offered up his professional opinion when it was needed. He has stood by his work 100% and we are thrilled with his commitment to quality workmanship. Please come by and see his work - we just love our deck and would highly recommend Carolina Decks to anyone! **Comment from Carolina Decks:** > Thanks Cheryl! It was such a pleasure working for you and Jim! **★★★★★ — HU-189246720, June 2019** > We hired Carolina Deck to build us a new deck, replace flooring for our porch, and add a new stone wall and pathway. They had great ideas for this project. They did the work in a timely manner and exceeded out expectations in every way. They were very professional and very easy to work with. I would recommend them highly and will use them again. **Comment from Carolina Decks:** > You guys were the best to work for! Thank you so much for the kind review! **★★★★★ — HU-738862177, April 2019** > Luke and his team were outstanding to work with. My project included the demo of a 20x14 concrete pad and the installation of a composite deck. Luke’s team made short work of both the demo and deck construction and we could not be happier with the final product. Great experience and highly recommend. ## Selected projects - [Tillot Project](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/tillot-project-pj-vj~5916409) - Location: Charlotte, NC - Photos: 5 - [Kings Manor](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kings-manor-pj-vj~7977119) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 3 - [Green Turtle Dr - Cleveland](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/green-turtle-dr-cleveland-pj-vj~7972821) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 3 - [Abbotsford Ct - Beaver](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/abbotsford-ct-beaver-pj-vj~7972813) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 - [Horseshoe Bend](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/horseshoe-bend-pj-vj~7949099) - Location: Matthews, NC - Photos: 3 - [Bridgehampton Club Dr](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/bridgehampton-club-dr-pj-vj~7949090) - Location: Charlotte, NC - Photos: 3 - [Jumper Dr - Lynch](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/jumper-dr-lynch-pj-vj~7860967) - Location: Mint Hill, NC - Photos: 3 - [Macandew Dr - Spratley](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/macandew-dr-spratley-pj-vj~7852049) - Location: Charlotte, NC - Photos: 3 - [Skytop Rd - Szydlowski](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/skytop-rd-szydlowski-pj-vj~7852044) - Location: Waxhaw, NC - Photos: 4 - [Wandering Way Dr - Couto](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/wandering-way-dr-couto-pj-vj~7846292) - Location: Marvin, NC - Photos: 5 - [Back Ridge Rd - Johnson](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/back-ridge-rd-johnson-pj-vj~7842121) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 4 - [Redfield Dr](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/redfield-dr-pj-vj~7842103) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 5 - [Strawberry Rd](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/strawberry-rd-pj-vj~7825110) - Location: Matthews, NC - Photos: 3 - [Mill Rd. - Lake Norman](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/mill-rd-lake-norman-pj-vj~7812756) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 6 - [Mt Isle Harbor Dr - Messer](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/mt-isle-harbor-dr-messer-pj-vj~7728859) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 4 - [West Park Walk](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/west-park-walk-pj-vj~7724827) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 2 - [Meadowridge Dr - Harrison](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/meadowridge-dr-harrison-pj-vj~7724243) - Location: Not specified - Photos: 3 - [Chalyce Ln - Ayoubi](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/chalyce-ln-ayoubi-pj-vj~7702577) - Location: Charlotte, NC - Photos: 4 - [Kane Alexander Dr](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/kane-alexander-dr-pj-vj~7702562) - Location: Huntersville, NC - Photos: 4 - [Flamingo Ave](https://www.houzz.com/hznb/projects/flamingo-ave-pj-vj~7684808) - Location: Englewood, FL - Photos: 1 [See all 26 projects](https://www.houzz.com/professionals/decks-patios-and-outdoor-enclosures/carolina-decks-pfvwus-pf~1421054529) ## Ideabooks - [webuser\_137626326's ideas](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/115216559/list/webuser-137626326-s-ideas) — 1 idea [See all 1 ideabook](https://www.houzz.com/ideabooks/users/carolinadecks) --- *Source: Houzz professional profile.
