C&C Designs LLC is an interior design firm specializing in residential remodeling. We enjoy partnering with our clients to create a space that functions for the way we live in our homes today and is customized to their individual aesthetic taste. 

Communication is a critical element in design. We feel that open communication is crucial between the client, designer, contractor, and engineers throughout the design process. We strive to build a team where everyone is comfortable and enjoys working together.

During the design process, we use 3D rendering tools to help our clients visualize their space as we look at floor plan options and finish palettes. Our goal: The floor plan and structural engineering plans are finalized, all finishes and fixtures are selected, and budgetary decisions are all made prior to construction so clients aren’t making on-the-spot decisions once their remodel has started. 

We get started with a free consultation to learn more about our clients vision, and to answer any questions they may have about us and the design/build process.

After seeing our spaces in the final state (master bath, master closet, hall bath), all the recommendations they made came together so well.  From the beginning, they were so prepared with computer renderings, samples, and suggestions.  The company they work with for cabinetry was equally amazing, as the bathroom cabinet was a big ticket item that brought warmth and wow factor to our bathroom, so it had to be perfect. Their confident diplomacy was key when working with our general contractor. They have great taste and extensive knowledge about design trends, construction practices, and usability concerns. They combined a wall-hung vanity and toilet with a glass shower enclosure in the Master bath to increase the sense of space, then added a wall of tile above the sinks with a sparkling waterfall of glass tiles in the center to create a dramatic focal point in the entry view. The result was the “wow” and illusion of space that we were looking for. As expert users of their CAD software, they generated full plans ready for construction, including Title 24 calcs and material schedules. Above all, they are fun and caring people!

> Gemma and Lisa, of C & C Designs were wonderful to work with.  I had a big project planned—replacing all the floors in my house, and completely re-doing my kitchen.  During their first visit, they measured everything, and spent time asking me about my likes/dislikes/preferences/budget, and about my ideas.  When they returned on their second visit, they had tentative plans and computer renderings done—and except for a few minor tweaks, it was just what I wanted.  They introduced me to a great general contractor, and together we worked with him to be sure that the work stayed within my budget.  They saved me countless hours by doing advance work before I met them at each store to narrow down the available options for cabinets, tile, appliances etc., they were always on time, always prepared, and always responded quickly if I had a question or concern.
