> Do NOT use Landmark Construction for any roofing and/or construction needs. Horrible Experience!!! To begin with, when it came to the new roof being installed, the team did not know how to back a trailer into a driveway without issues. Not only did they ruin the grass in my yard but also the yard of 2 neighbors. Then we ran into issues where they were supposed to start at a specific time and would show up and hour or two early and just start making a ton of noise super early in the morning. They didn’t properly cover our pool so our pool ended up filled with roofing debris and nails that had to be fished out and our filters ended up clogged. The crew did not care about any of our landscaping and ended up ruining more than 1 flower bed, solar lights and broke a hinge on the fence door. Finally our roof was installed and while, yes, it is beautiful, we ended up with a couple interior leaks in more than 1 location of the home. Waited a month for it to be scheduled to be repaired and painted. Painter was scheduled to arrive today, showed up and hour early, had to run to Lowe's for supplies and has yet to return almost 2 hours later. Oh, and I found out that they only planned to fix the one area instead of both. Tried contacting Taylor multiple times with no response. Tried calling the main line, for Tim, listed on the website and no return phone call and constantly forwarded to voicemail anywhere between 2 and 4 rings. Seems odd that the owner can’t answer his phone, return a call or text and doesn’t want to communicate to resolve issues. Oh and the gutter guys they have suck as well and instead of using all the same gutter pieces, used extra pieces we had lying around and painted them with brown spray paint that came off in the rain.

> Landmark did a bathtub removal and new shower install with all white subway tile and glass.  They were punctual, courteous and listened to all of my concerns during the entire project.  I highly recommend them for any of your construction needs! They even did some carpentry, painting and floors for me. So happy with my new bathroom!
