After nearly 37 years, our old deck was becoming unsafe and it was time to replace it. We knew we wanted a new design as the old one had wide stairs right in the middle that divided the deck into two smaller unusable decks. Keeping the same footprint and bringing old standards to code, we totally redesigned our deck using Deckorators Voyage series composite decking (color Sedona). Mark and his team had not worked with this product, but they were more than willing to meet our requests. Mark, Matthew and Matthew, Corey, and Tristan all worked tirelessly on our project. The demo started at the end of March here in the Pacific NW. There were days so cold and windy and sometimes raining, that I was sure they wouldn't work in those conditions, but they did and with a 100% "can-do" attitude. As with any remodel, there are hidden issues that have to be dealt with and while some of those involved work outside of the original bid, Mark and his time tackled them professionally giving us a final work result that more than met our expectations. > > Mark and his crew were professional, courteous and always accommodating.
