> Our kitchen renovation was the first big project that my husband and I have done. Russell and his team were not only easy and wonderful to work with, but the concepts they proposed were ideas my husband and I hadn't considered. He was flexible meeting us both in person and virtually and at times that were convenient for us. He and his team provided sketches of several designs and talked to us about the benefits of each. I did not feel rushed at any point to make a decision, and we had a LOT of decisions to make! His communication was clear and we were able to reach him when questions arose, from things like what shape did he think the drawer pulls would look best to changing the placement of the refrigerator and he responded quickly and was nonjudgmental. His professionalism, and that of his team, were present from our first meeting until project completion. When we have other renovation projects to complete, we will absolutely hire him and his team again without hesitation.
