> Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

> We recently made the mistake of contracting with A&A Pronto for an update to our stair railing. They left us with no railing or balusters on our second floor (including a 2-story entryway) for over 3 weeks after they removed the existing railing without materials to complete the job. They tried convincing us to use substandard materials to get the job done sooner. They claim to be carpenters, but apparently don’t own a saw horse. They cut all the wood on our concrete walkway which resulted in some damage to the wood. They applied stain to the hand-rails in our lawn (on a hot windy day in direct sunlight). They didn’t apply the stain properly so it turned out looking more like paint than stain. We had to stop the job several times for poor work and specifications of the contract not being followed. They also ruined the finish on one of our interior doors after getting oil-based stain on it.
