Twice with a contractor installing and most recently installing ourselves. We initially used them for a renovation project, and the value that this flooring brought to our house far exceeded the costs. Out contractor, who had been installing floors for 15+ years, said he had never seen such an easy to install, high quality product. We live in northern Canada, so the flooring has a long way to come, the packaging is excellent. We did have a few boxes that were damaged at one of the transfers along the way, and Simple Floors offered to immediately ship out replacements free of charge, or refund they full box amount with no hassle at all. We are more than happy with Simple Floors and have spread the word in our community extensively. Everyone we know who has ordered through them has been amazed by their price, quality and customer service. We love you Simple Floors!
