Still loving ours. **★★★★★ — Susan Brown, Sept. 2018** > Organized Home Remodeling (OHR) created a second floor master in our Cape Cod house, complete with a newly build out bathroom with custom cabinets, walk-in tiled shower and they also created custom built in cabinets in the eaves, adding a huge amount of storage space so often lacking in these types of houses. This wasn't an easy project due to all of the angles in the ceilings and walls of the Cape Cod. Yet OHR made it look perfect! OHR is a professional company that provides a unique personal touch to their projects. After consulting and getting estimates from three other contractors, OHR provided the best value for the money. So much so, that we were able to add additional projects, such as painting inside and out, landscaping and finishing the hardwoods upstairs. Unlike other contractors, OHR really listens to their customer's ideas and needs and provides them with the remodel and features that they are seeking. Their custom designer, Kathy, offers unique and practical ideas that increases the utility and beauty of the project. Throughout the project, Kathy, Stan and Jeff were available, flexible and accommodating. The project was done within the time frame that OHR estimated and they stayed within our budget. There were a couple of change orders, but other added value that Kathy included (closet organizers and various extras) far exceeded any additional cost. Although all remodel projects are challenging, OHR made the process much more manageable. Their estimate was very detailed including many items I had missed and were also not mentioned in other estimates. The design process can be overwhelming and that was one of the more important deciding factors for us. There were several choices within our budget for everything from door knobs to granite counter tops. Our project manager's attention to detail was excellent, but his professionalism was truly outstanding. He coordinated the coming and going of every contractor including electricians, plumbers, painters, excavators, and roofers and handled all the code and permit inspections and kept the project on schedule. Because of their comprehensive approach to their design/build process, the completed project stayed within the original cost estimate. There were no surprises.
