If you order their basic drapes or blinds, they seem to have no problem making those. They also offer custom services which is what I chose. The collaboration was great during the process and to help ensure they understood what I wanted, I supplied photos of the specific style. What I received was something I'm too embarassed to install. The pictures below show what I asked for and what I received. Drapestyle closed ranks when they heard from me and based on the conversation we had regarding the delivered product, the design person agreed it wasn't good. The owner however didn't allow that and refused to remake the blind or provide a refund. I was sent an email offering a 50% credit toward a new order. I certainly don't feel comfortable ordering more from them after my first experience. The policy would be understandable if it was merely a case of not liking the outcome. In my case, what they delivered barely resembled what I asked for. The cost, after exchange, was over a $1,000 plus $200 taxes and duties. I supplied the trim.
