We had been talking about the remodel since moving in 13 years earlier. It was overwhelming. Diana helped us identify a contractor who was a perfect fit for the project. They worked very well together. Diana ensured the kitchen met our functionality needs and has our personality. Although my husband and I have very similar taste, there were some items we had different ideas about. Diana never took sides. She explained which items would work and what kind of affect they would have. For instance, I was leaning toward a brownish counter while my husband liked a white/gray Quartz. When Diana explained that the brown mix would blend nicely with the cabinets and floor, the white would "pop". Ultimately (and nervously) we went with the white Quartz. I am so happy! It really does pop and give the kitchen an elegance. We had difficulty picking a floor that looked good and would hold up with our two dogs. She also suggested a ceramic floor with a wood pattern. I didn't even know it exists . The floor is great! People have to touch it because they don't believe it's ceramic. She also challenged us (in a professional and good way) to really think about how and when we use items and helped with organizing everything. We couldn't be more happy with the full project. When asked what I would change I always say nothing! One of the things I appreciated most about Diana is that she always made sure we were picking things that fit with our style. She was also cost conscious and helped us there. When spending so much time and money on a project and knowing it is something you can't change again next year if you don't like it, Diana helped us go forward with confidence. Even when moving furniture or thinking about purchasing home decor, I often ask myself what would Diana say. It's taken me a while to get this review out there. However I really want to say how much this company added to the success of our project. And, because it' seen a while, I can honestly say that we are extremely happy with the outcome. It is Very functional and makes me smile every time I walk in the room. We hired Diana to give us some ideas on what should do to stage our home. She used the existing furniture and most of the wall art. Some additional accessories and fixtures were suggested and she told us where we could buy them and how much it should cost to purchase them. She picked out some room colors and light fixture changes and after we finished implementing all of her suggestions we had an offer on our home within 8 days of relisting. The material cost was approx. $500 plus we also bought a new stove for $500 -was on clearance- and we did the labor of installing the two new light fixtures and painting three rooms. So for $1000 plus labor, we got great results. Thanks! A: Yes, when I saw these tie hooks, I thought why couldn't they work for scarves? It's fun to be creative in your designs and we loved working with Anna at Closet Factory. **Q: What type of slides are used on the sides of the drawers?** *(in Photo Questions)* I am working on gathering design details for these type of drawers as I have not found a cabinet maker in my area yet that has had experience with them. How far off the floor do they sit, maximum width, etc. A: These are a custom design drawer in the toe kick area. They sit just above the floor. Since they are custom we had them made to fit the space. The drawers above this are for pots and pans. A: This is a direct-vent gas fireplace made by Heat n Glo. Model CFX-Crescent. The top of the glass door pulls down to make a warming/heating shelf. I believe this fireplace has since been discontinued. **Q: What are the backsplash tiles please?
