She listened to our likes and needs for the area and offered appropriate feedback in her recommendations for color and fabric.  It was great working with Nancy - she's so positive, listens well, and really understands her products.  Nancy had such a positive attitude and we felt like she really wanted us to be happy.  We are very satisfied with the end result!
