I understand the crackle finish will have some minor discoloration but at $35.00+ a sq ft, I expected better. Three of the Mosiac sheets were unacceptable and the remaining six sheets had tile pieces that were crooked, chipped and/or not lined up to the other tile pieces. I returned the items and was dismayed that Jeffrey Court charged me a 20% restocking fee!!!
